The Conviction
We’ve worked with lots of small businesses in Africa and around the globe and noticed that many of them stay small or don’t grow much even if the owners are educated and know about business. This is often because they run their businesses like traditional businesses, not startups. There’s a difference between being a business person and an entrepreneur. At B2E, we want to help you overcome this challenge.
B2E; The Program
B2E is a rigorous and innovative 10-week program that involves practical training, workshops and business mentorship. The training sessions are held mid-weeks and weekends while a comprehensive follow-up and mentorship towards the implementation of the knowledge communicated during the training continues every other day.

Training Sessions
Participants will be grilled through 4 training workshop sessions weekly which will be taken by experts and successful Entrepreneurs. Saturday will feature a comprehensive workshop where they will be trained on specific entrepreneurship skills and how they can apply them to their startups.
Wednesdays will be dedicated to guest sessions where we will feature two successful entrepreneurs who will share some specific insight with the participants to help them scale their businesses easily. The participants are also allowed to ask questions.
Groupings
Group tasks will also be assigned to participants. The grouping will involve participants with similar businesses or industries. Some of the group tasks will include developing a market entry strategy, a business plan or analyze new market trends.
Mentorship
Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will see that they implement the training and ensure that they maximize the program. The mentorship program ensures that you have someone with vast experience available to take your questions, clear your doubts and help you advance.

Why is there a Fee Attached to the Training?
We are bringing together 20 veteran Entrepreneurs and business thought Leaders to facilitate this program. We can’t pay them. We are extremely lucky to have such selfless people ready to just give back to us. The commitment fee is necessary to ensure we recruit only business owners who understand the value and will take the program seriously. This is necessary to ensure commitment through the process and also because we are having limited slots.
